So how does it work?

Leveraging multiple rounds of discussion, application and reflection in a customized small group setting, COMPIO’s Group Coaching equips you with solutions related to your chosen area of focus. 

Through collaboration with peers and guidance from your coach, you’ll share experiences, resources and ideas that offer valuable lessons.

You can brainstorm, problem-solve, reframe and recharge. Between sessions, there’s time to put new skills into practice - and then return to the group to debrief, receive feedback and capture new insights.
